How did the band start/how did you guys meet?

Chelsea: All went of us went to different high schools and I met Max and Spencer at the 930 club in Washington D.C and have been friends ever since.

Who do you get inspiration from for your music?

Max/Spencer: We get our inspiration from a lot of artist such as Radiohead and depending on the day and Chelsea cooks and we listen to Frank Sinatra, SZA, Xavier Omar and HER.

Any obstacles you faced to get to where you are today?

Chelsea: Dealing with twin brothers can kind of be hard and learning how to get business done in a cohesive group.

   What’s the meaning of SHAED

SHAED: We got the name SHAED from a fantasy novel called The name of the Wind and it was spelled like SHAED and its about a magical cloke and its different shades of colors.

Any new Projects coming out this year?

SHAED: Definitely we are working on new music. We have a new single called Trampoline which is out now and a new EP coming out in the summer.

How did you get to you with X Ambassadors?/ how does it feel to tour with them?

SHAED: How we got started was we first got to headline for Marian Hill as well Bishop Briggs and we are very lucky to work with X Ambassadors and Jacob Banks. Being on Tour with X Ambassadors is so awesome because just being with someone who is genuinely and is so nice makes it very easy to work with.

If you could pick a song/album to describe your fashion style what would it be?

SHAED: AC/DC- Back in Black because mostly we wear black.

    Thank you so much, SHAED
