AJR Brothers brought a whole lot of fun to the Moore with Ingrid Michaelson + interview

Brothers Adam, Jack and Ryan Met of AJR are no strangers to showing an audience a good time. They’ve opened for an impressive list of artists – Demi Lovato, Train, Andy Grammer to name a few – but I’m pretty sure we’re going to see some pretty big names opening for them someday. 🙂 I was lucky enough to connect with the guys just before their opening set for Ingrid Michaelson in Seattle and learn a little bit about them.

Kodaline set to release full-length debut, ‘In A Perfect World’ + interview

When it comes to Dublin-based foursome Kodaline’s approach to writing music, there’s only one thing that defines its quality: honesty. The band, which consists of members Stephen Garrigan, Mark Prendergast, Vinny May Jr, and Jason Boland, writes songs that are unforgettably and catchy, while still maintaining real depth and meaning lyrically. “…it’s basically our diary,” explained frontman Steve Garrigan, “it’s a strange feeling putting them out there, it’s like passing around your diary for people to comment on. Hopefully people like it.”
